THE STORY
The Yamaha YB100 was a 100cc, air-cooled, two stroke commuter motorcycle manufactured by the Yamaha Motor Company between 1975 and 1981.
Manufactured alongside the DX100, the YB100 was the more popular of the two bikes and sported a different fuel tank shape and graphics.
With a top speed of 100 km/h from its 8-horsepower engine, the bike was used mainly for commuting.
THE BIKE
A rustic and charming example of the popular bike, the orange paintjob with white and black detailing is very pleasing to the eye.
Built well and with all original components, this bike is an excellent piece of history well worth seeing in person.
