THE CAR

Originally assembled at the Holden factory in Adelaide from body panels manufactured in the USA, this "plain Jane" Pontiac Parisienne started life as a standard, black South Australian Government car in 1968.

The previous owner spied her neglected in a mate's back yard, wanted a "project" and embarked on a labour of love over many years.

The result is what you see here now - a beautiful and unique, custom Pontiac known as the “Voodoo Lowrider”.

Finished in beautiful satin black with outstanding red metal flake graphics and pin striping - all of the outstanding paint work was done by Von Bullis Design Concepts of Hanhdorf. The exquisite detail extends to the engine bay, dash and interior. The car is tastefully adorned with red Pontiac logos and other unique touches.

The original 283ci V8 engine was replaced with a new Eagle 350ci crate engine with 4-barrel carburettor that puts out 290+ horsepower. The car runs a 3 speed automatic transmission with front disc brake conversion and stainless twin exhaust system.

An intricate airbag system with twin tanks and pumps was added from Air Ride Technologies so you can adjust each corner, ride high or slam her into the weeds.

Inside there are Dakota Digital gauges, leopard print seat covers which have been removed to show the original maroon seats, trim and steering wheel, rattle snake gear knob, Latino inspired tassels, custom toggle switch dash controls and checker plated lower dash and door trims.

The boot is full of Sony Xplod amps, speakers and sub woofers and also houses the stainless-steel air bag system and control panel.

Right hand drive and previously registered in SA this is one unique, tough “Led Sled” that is a talking point wherever she goes.

A 1978 Truimph Boneville 750cc was also customised at the same time to match the car and they are both being sold as a package or separately (see separate listing on our website). In addition there is a matching 1960's leopard skin upholstered bar that goes with the package.
