THE STORY

The 1959 Cadillac had it all – looks, comfort, performance and flamboyance. As America embraced the space race, this car became the ultimate symbol of success with its 19-foot length and huge iconic huge tail fins with dual bullet tail lights.

These cars were adorned with all available power options and had sparkling new jewel-like grille patterns and matching deck lid beauty panels. For 1959, the Series 6200 became the Series 62.

Many celebrities including Fats Domino and Jayne Mansfield owned a ’59 Caddi.

THE CAR

A two-owner car and previously owned by an ex-US Air force pilot, this car is a survivor.

With 93,386 original miles, the car has spent its life in the Nevada/Las Vegas area and retains its original, immaculate chrome.

This beauty is clean, has no rust and retains its original straight body panels. The car has beautiful white paint with its original, spotless two-tone blue interior.

The car retains all its original options including power brakes, power steering, automatic transmission, dual backup lamps, windshield washers and two-speed wipers, 6 way electric seat, wheel discs, outside rear-view mirror, vanity mirror and oil filter system.

The engine is strong, the transmission smooth and ride quality is excellent.

Nothing to spend, this car is the right colour and body style for weddings – it is increasingly hard to find original 59’s like this now.
